Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery. Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt. Our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment / house. Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.Your product(s) will be held for 7 days at the nearest delivery hub if you’ve failed to receive the delivery. Other than swings, our product doesn’t require any installation All Nature Furnish products except swings comes Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.

2.1)TIME FRAME If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 48hr of the order placement
2.2)FEE A cancellation fee of 3% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from credits. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product3. 3.1Damage policy: a) Nature Furnish delivery arrangements to your home have been designed to ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org & defect will be assessed , and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Nature Furnish , the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate . b) You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.

Each piece of such Furniture is, thus, unique, and there is a possibility of slight differences between the picture and the actual product.
Intricate design , fabric colour or hand-paint might have slight variation between the 3D picture and the actual product.
In accordance with the different screen settings and resolutions, there might be a minute difference in fabric colour and metal finish between the website images and actual product
