2. INSTALLATIONOther than swings, our product doesn’t require any installation All Nature Furnish products except swings comes Pre-assembled – no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.

2. CANCELLING AN ORDER OR PART OF AN ORDER2.1)TIME FRAME If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 48hr of the order placement
2.2)FEE A cancellation fee of 3% will be applied on the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted from credits. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product
3. RETURN You may initiate the request for return of the Product if the Product is damaged. Please contact us immediately if: You received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at support@woodenstreet.com.damage & defect will be assessed , and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Nature Furnish , the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate . b) You shall keep the Products in its unused, original condition, along with the original invoice/ sale receipt, brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up. We would accept the request for return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.
